- Are my minutes, for services rendered, refundable?
- We can give credits depending on the situation, but because of the nature of the business, we cannot refund your minutes used for receiving advice. We are providing a service that a customer can easily say they are not happy with since our product is an intangible service. All sales on advice services are final. If you are not happy with an advisor, simply choose another or write to us if you feel the matter deserves more attention.
- I wish to terminate my account. Can I get a refund of the balance.
- Sorry but no. Please add to your account only the amount of funds you plan on using during your next transaction if you feel you may cancel your membership in the near future. If a refund is given for any special circumstances you must leave in your account the amount of any signup bonuses or other special promotional bonus and giveaways.
- Why can't I make a call or chat. I have $.97 cents left in my account.
- Your balance must equal at least enough to cover one minute with the advisor. For example, if an advisor charges $1.99 per minute, you need to have at least $1.99 in your balance to call or chat.
- Am I required to have a web cam and microphone to use the video chat?
- No. You can still use our video chat to see and hear the advisor but, they will not be able to see or hear you. Instead, you'll be using the text chat available in the chat window to type your messages. You will still need speakers to hear the advisor or else the advisor will have to use text chat also.
- Do you recommend any particular web cams to use your service?
- Most of our advisors use a Logitech web cam with a built-in microphone and/or an actual headset with a microphone. Just remember that you get what you pay for, and a good quality web cam should cost you just under $100. Good microphone headsets are around $20.
- I signed up and want to add funds or see how much I have, where do I go?
- Your member account page contains all the information and functionality to use your account. Please go to and utilize your account with us from this page: click here.
- I found an advisor I want to call but they always seem unavailable.
- Within your account page is an email section where you can have access to privately contact any of our advisors to set up a special time for a reading session. They would be thrilled to hear from you. You may have to give them some time to respond as they may be on vacation. This is used only for making appointments or just saying thanks so please don't ask for free services through this site mail system.
- I am having some problems with the site, is there anything I can do before I contact you personally?
- Sure is and we'd appreciate it. Fist of all you can try closing out all of your browsers and windows and start over again, maybe even restart your computer. Secondly, what ever page it is you are having problems with, you may want to click the refresh button of your browser window, IE users can hit F5 on your keyboard. Thirdly, ask someone knowledgeable to help you understand your browser and how to surf the Internet. Please contact us if all else fails.
- I'm trying to get a membership on your site and can't or I can't log into my membership.
- You may have your cookies turned off or some other aspect of your browser has changed. In order to use an account on Mystic Insight your browser must accept cookies. If you forgot your login information you can get it emailed to you here. Or contact us for more help.

- I'm trying to add funds and got a message saying I'm over my spending limit.
- We are concerned about your protection. In order to protect our new customers from Credit Card theft and fraud we have placed a spending limit on new customers until a certain time period up to 90 days. After you have been a customer for over this time limit you will have no limit on spending. You may lift this limit before the time period is up by calling customer service and verifying you are the owner of the Credit Card.
- I can't find a solution to my problem, can you help me out?
- We believe customer service is one of the most important qualities of a successful business and we will do everything in our powers to prove it.
